I am wondering if anyone knows if the automatic flexplate will bolt to the crank of a 2.6 engine that was originally a 5 speed flywheel?   I thought someone tried this in the past and the crank needed machined. Or maybe that was an auto engine needed machining for a pilot bearing? Dont remember.   I have had around 20 starquest's here.....only one was an automatic....

So I just picked up my 3rd Starion. I'm planning to keep this one for me and my kid to bond over. Its a lil rough and needs an overhaul but already has some mods done.
