Hate to get rid of it, but would rather you guys get it before the city makes me junk it.
88tsi, automatic with some upgrades.
Bad: tires are holding air for about a week and have great tread but are six years old, battery is from 2020 but it did charge up to 12v, interior needs a lot of work, front end could use body work.. haven't driven it in 5 years. And today I found out the gas tank has four pinholes in it, but it did start right up.

Rear Louver Attachment

I apologize if this has already been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find it.
I have rear metal louvers with the barrel bolt style attachment on the bottom of them. My question is, for the actual brackets that attach to the car at the top on the hinges and bottom on the glass, do I use a VHB tape like adhesive for the brackets against the glass? The parts I have almost seemed like they had really old pads on them, not tape. Either that or the tape on them had long since lost its tackines

Been a member for a little over a year now but was just reading, learning, etc and just never got around to ever posting anything. I bought a car from Starquestparts early last year and have been busy with it. It's an '88 Conquest (sort of, lol).
