I just did mine, i used the two springs that have more coils, and its made of a thinner wire, car feels better outa boost now, and under boost its normal. Guess make sure the weights are moving free and that you really did use the lightter spring. Something cant be right if your running slower, cuz all its doing is making the advance come in sooner ~1k, not really adding any advance as far as i know..

I am a NYS inspector, and in NYS we just look to see if the car has a cat on it, dont matter what kind of exhaust the car has or how loud it is. Tho vermont could be diffrent...

I am using the taller stainless adaptor with a t3/t4, turbo fits under hood fine, but the thing needs to be rewelded every month, so i wouldnt recomend that adaptor, there is now a cast steal adaptor like it on ebay for same price, i'm probly going to try that if not a fullout t3 manifold... I got rear bumper support with a torn bumper cover included. Support is in good shape and not rotted. lookin for 30$ for pickup only.
