  1. also from what scotty says it has the rare tan and black interior with leather seats in great shape no coils popping up thew the leather..
  2. Nice work matt w.. That motor looks sweet with long runners, and nice idea of doing something different... Yamaha makes some killer motors my Toyota matrix XRS had the yamaha motor same as the Gts Celica... Revvvv happy.... Keep up the nice work...
  3. They sell them on ebay konig makes a reproduction copy of the old panasport wheels but I think the biggest is a 15inch I think..
  4. I have seen three sets on ebay in the last 2 months and bought a fourth set of all three about 3-4months ago on ebay...I still have last guys info and it didn't sell maybe he will split the set of louvers up...
  5. Not in the market but 250 is a good price for that hood.. Take a metal stripper attachment to your drill and you can clean it down to metal.... Had to do it to a previous 83 hood I had... Sandblasting will warp the aluminum...
  6. yes adapters that bolt to the studs and give another set of studs similar to the ebay auction I posted earlier in this topic....
  7. I have 25mm spacers so would these be better on the 18x9.5 with 30mm offset or would 25mm offset on the 9.5 rears be better with my spacers.. Not to highjack but in need of some 18's on my car as well...
  8. the front wheels will be fine as the factory offset is 18mm so the 20mm will be fine on the rears since you won't be drag racing try these on ebay they will offset the car back to were it should be if the wheel is 30mm offset and our cars call for 0mm offset these 30mm spacer adapters will work fine have a set from these guys and very nice quality and you won't have to use half inch spacers and long a*s bolts that will mess up I wouldn't be scared to use small shims but in your and in my car these will work... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/5x114-3-30m...sspagenameZWDVW
  9. I have had a few ACT clutches and liked them. Everyone has there own opinion.. You get what you pay for...
  10. EFI is far better than a 4 barrel carb... Yeah you may get 25mpg but from experience you will always be adjusting or tweeking the carb as they almost always go fowl and seem to flood out in the worst possible moment.... Plus you can tune for more hp's with fuel injection and that has been proven in more than one magazine I own...
  11. Need a tan door sill plate in good shape as the car I bought last year has a crack in it from stereo shop. Car is under 67k miles so looking for a nice one. Let me know thanks its a 88 fatty interior if that makes a difference...
  12. I have been looking for wheels as well. The problem I have is my rotors are upgraded to 12.8inch two piece rotors with Wilwood 4 piston calipers. I need a wheel that has flat spokes or that comes out and breaks back in at the top. Like the tsw thruxton that Atlen is running. Checked on those and they should fit with 1'' spacers in the rear. They come with 20mm offset front and rear or maybe 20front and 25rear on a 18x8 and 18x9.5 rim with the staggered lips. But of course TSW has them on back order. Tried almost everyone and all the same even the guys on ebay won't answer you as they know they are selling them on back order.... I might go with 19'' tsw thruxtons or 19'' axis Hiro's as they are designed similar and they both have the right offset "for use with spacers". 19's on a starion what do you guys think.. Running ground control coilovers. Just trying to find something I like and reasonably priced as I have already tried the "custom offset wheels" prior to the brakes and they didn't fit after I got my brakes. The spokes were too thick and didn't fill like hacking up some wheels to make them work..Leaning to the Axis Hiro's with staggered lip's. thanks
  13. nice work man. we can all agree you may not win show and shine at the next car show. But we can all say nice job for working with what you have and staying within a budget. Still trying to figure out why I have bought 5 starquest in the last year and dumped tooooo much into.
  14. Bought a set of boyd coddingtons last year for 1300 shipped they are 17x8 and 17x9 1/2 and they offset them for each car so no fitment issues I am about to put down another 1800-2000 for a set of 18's because the forged center on my boyd's has a reversed pattern and won't clear my wilwood brakes, 4 pistons with 12.8 inch two piece rotors. So call wheel city go thru boyd's website. The retail prices are steep but call the vendor and get really good prices.....
