This is a .035 fluxcore pass. Did you clean it after you welded it? Most people dont know to clean the flux off after the weld is complete. Its not suprising. Most just stick the cams in without checking anything. Thats why people still run schneider cams. Its obvious when comparing the contours of the two that they will strike the same lobe in different spots.

haha, i totally read this as the cxracing "radiator" and thought you were talking about the bracket that holds the bottom of the radiator......my apologies. BUT I have dont large aftermarket FMIC installs that I did bend the upright hood latch bracket on for clearance. Worked/works fine.

Its when the bypass is eliminated that an issue may occur.

It comes out the front. As long your using the bypass port, coolant is always allowed to leave the head when the Tstat is closed.

So you just replace the facoty metal tube with a rubber hose? UCW, It looks like he has the bypass set up as "T". If anything I think it will just affect the heater. Prolly be fine. I wouldnt run a rubber hose under the manifold though.

I made 498whp on a stock manifold and T4 adapter. If you pinching pennys, thats the best choice. Otherwise pay for quality and what you want. A bunch of owners have put out 300+ on stock manifolds.
