    I just received some of those struts and when I slid the band holding them together off the black holder on top fell off with the adjuster knob in it. The spacers that came with them seem to be plastic. I also got the rear empty strur tubes that are to short. I have emailed him twice with no reply. I have spent a grand on stuff from him in the past year and am very dissapointed with the quality. I hope he replys back soon. I cant afford to waste this money.

    Very serious about purchasing this engine if it is all u say , I have the money. I would like to know more about comp ratio, cam ,valve springs,arp hardware,new oil pump that is actually a turbo pump? I can ship it to a buisness address. To be straight up I have 2g to spend on a motor at this time but still need it shipped.

    There are 2 other diff ratio you can still get from mitsubishi for the rear. You can find pictures of the starion road race car suspention online to see there set-up, there is a local machine shop near me that could modify/make modified suspention parts instead of cutting up a good car and trying to get the geometry right. If you get it to all work it would be cool, just saying redoing a whole rear is a lot of work, I worked on a project 84 rabbit gti to build a catilever rear suspention and it was cool but after done would have left it alone. I thought about the evo brake swap before and looked into it because I have a 06 MR . You need alot of space and a way to re-porportion properly.Not puting you down just giving some past experience, but am all for scca racing I was a solo 2 racer on and off when I had the money. Like I said i do have a s13 on stands and could give info. Good Luck

    They are rebiuldable. TEP does it. You can cut the strut tube to take apart.

    I was thinking of useing a hand held pressurized canister I have for brake clean and changing the fitting to attach the turbo oil feed to prime engine. The canister can be charged with air and can be filled with about a quart or so of fluid (oil). Has this ever been tried? Is there any reason not to do it this way? It looks like it would send oil bottom up in the engine .

    Try MitsubishiPartsDirect , Racetep can get them , Moog used to have them on there website , Ebay has them . Just went through this re doing all the steering.
