You using a holset 9cm housing? Maybe that is not enough turbine a/r. On the log it looks like right before the "stall" the map line goes almost strait up. Ie the turbo appears to be hitting it's point of rapid spool. All that air has to go some where and if it has no where to go maybe the turbo goes in to a elongated compressor surge cycle. Another thought is that turbine back pressure maybe spiking at the same point and pushing the waste gate open at the same time the compressor starts to stall resulting in the complete lack of boost till the turbo starts all over again. What gears or gears does it happen in? Does it act different in different gears? Did the turbo ever work properly on this set up? On the oil pressure thing. I once put on a brand new turbo charger. After about 30 miles i noticed my oil pressure was low. The turbo was found to be missing a snap ring. That let the bearings shift out of place and the oil was dumping past them, lowering the oil pressure in the whole engine. Just some what if ideals.

not that anyone gives to shats but if i see one or two members who is always at the center of problems or contraversy then i have to believe that there the issue not the rest of the members now i know that a persons way of typing can be misleading but i know if i was one of these ppl and was told about it a few 100 times and also banned then i would change the way my typing comes off to others

well, while at lunch i did some thinking and im wondering if perhaps,,,,,,,,,,,,, under load my motor rotate too much and kinks an innercooler coupling? so im going to go home and set up a limit chain and see if that helps. the reason im thinking this is that i routed my piping as so to retain the battery in the stock location. i did loose the washer tank but it got relocated. so there are 2 90deg couplers in a tight little area. so im thinking at a load, the motor rocks over, kinking a coupler which sends the intake into a vac the boost is released via the WG, and it stops spooling. with having -22hg of vac on that it will hold it with the butterfly open. once i let off. the motor rocks back down, the butterfly closes allowing the coupler to get to atmosphere at least, than it releases. and i can boost again............just a though?

Your engine bay looks like what I'd imagine a hooker's... lady parts... look like. Mostly pink, with some odd green bits here and there. Love the build BTW.

yeah I tried that and didn;t work. Not enough room. I'm up in the air about the whole thing. I might rebuild it, I might not. Kinda frustrating. I just primered the floor and didn't want to cut it up again although that would be the smarter thing to do. I got some ideas how to renforce it. It should be fine. Its not easy building and exhaust system on you back 3 inches from your face.
