losisonq
Noticed smoke coming from my dash while sitting in drive-thru line. Figured out it only happens while pressing the brake pedal(brake light switch I assume). Tracked it down to the bottom part of my hazzard switch. So hot it burns to the touch. Let off brake and it's fine. Had a spare cluster switch and replaced it. Same thing. What gives? TIA Edited May 13, 2009 by losisonq
Shelby
go back and remove all stop lamp bulbs make sure none are the wrong style . also make sure both tail ligh fixtures have a good ground connection,, a missing ground will cause bulbs with a double filiment to cross feed to ground thru the tail lamp or turn signal circirt
Indiana
Yes what Shelby said, also there are some cheap bulbs you can put in backwards and the metal part on the bulb just mash in.
