ClassicMan
Selling my 1987 Mitsubishi Starion turbo really nice interior a few dents and things on the outside but not bad, put a new battery and everything comes on as normal but the car has been sitting since 2009 and the engine seems like it’s seized but I see no reason it cannot be tapped free, it’s an automatic champagne exterior black interior had new keys made for it everything is there. The car is located in Signal Hill California selling for 3500 or best offer Pierre 56275351304 enquiries in photos

kev
Nice car. It’s an 88 btw. Built July 87 but is an 88 model. Many ways to tell just by looking at the photos but the big one is that there weren’t any automatic 87 wide bodies.

I see the interior is all 88-89 but I didnt know about 87 widebodies not being auto
kev
Automatic was only available on LE trim for both the starion and conquest variants in 87 (86 too). It's documented in the product literature. One of the reasons why I like 86/87 widebodies, no question on the transmission. They are all stick. I've also noticed that it appears to be harder to find an 87 LE in manual. Although I never proved that with production number breakdowns, it has just been something I noticed over the years. 1
