hardpipes question

so i'm making my own hardpipes out of 2.25 S.S. and on the stock pipes on the hard section right before the T.B. where the vacuum line that comes from the turbo hooks to, can someone tell me what that is on these cars and when you have hardpipes on where does that line reroute too?

You can just put a fitting there. It goes to the turbo wastegate.

so its not needed when i put on the hp just cap it off?

Drill, tap and install a fitting to the hard pipe to hook it back up like the stock set up

That's the WG hose location. You can have that connection anywhere in the hardpipes you want it to be except the turbo inlet. That hose gives you a boost reference to control the wastegate. Without that you have no boost control.

thats where a boost controller would be put between then?

Either way you'll need it. As stated above, drill and tap - I'd recommend a 1/8" npt tap and get a barb fitting from your local auto parts store or Summit and attach.
