Starfighterpilot Posted November 20, 2014 Report Share Posted November 20, 2014 Ordinarily I don't believe in engine oil additives except ZDDP to reduce friction & wear between our Starquest's rocker arm slippers and the cam shaft lobes cuz of the almost complete elimination of zinc in the API SM grades of engine oil which are on the market today. So I add ZDDP to my engine oil during every oil change. I buy a 6 pak from this company. I'm almost out of it so I've gotta buy some more. http://www.kirbanper...L ADDITIVE.html But yesterday I was on Jay Leno's Garage website and ran across a video about Archoil nano lubricants/additives which he uses in his vehicles. Leno knows cars a hellava better than I do so if he is using these additives/lubes it must be good.
