The manifold Chad made years ago sits the turbo much higher than I expected, so I'll have to work around that.

tux
Unfortunately if i clock the turbo, the bracket that holds my internal wastegate closed won't line up correctly. It's cheaper to just remove the AN fitting and replace it with a 90 and buy a banjo to -4AN

It's cheaper to just remove the AN fitting and replace it with a 90 and buy a banjo to -4AN You can clock just the center section and the compressor and turbine housings will still remain in the same configuration to use the internal wastegate. Just unclamp the turbine housing and remove the large C-clip from the compressor housing. You can change the orientation of the center section and still have the wastegate line up. tux
Good to know. I'll continue with the original plan, only because I already ordered new fittings, and if I did clock it, i may have to worry about the water line being too short or needing to change the fitting on that. tux
Closer and closer, nearly started it but my magna dizzy died. Ordered a new one from flea bay. Now the ems-4 sees crank and can events. But the old walbro fuel pump now sounds like it's grinding for a second then stops working. Seems that I must replace it. And get my tank cleaned.
