Gamble88
Think this would go into this section. Maybe. Anywho my friend just got 2 3axis CNC machines. I've been playing around in solidworks trying to learn the basics but he is pretty good at it. Any parts on for the car I should try making? Starting with something simple. Ideas? button
simple?maybe a 3 gauge stereo bezel out of diamond plate or whatever material you want to use up?
Gamble88
I was thinking more flat stuff for now. Probably need a 5axis to do a pulley.
kyle's89quest
keychains? lol i think you can get away with 3 axis making a pulley. a pretty simple pully anyway. well maby if you have round stock that is the same diameter of the pulley your going to make. I asume you have a lathe if you have a cnc machine? Edited February 13, 2012 by kyle's89quest

Gamble88
^^This can be done. Send me some details and if by odd chance you have solidworks drawing or something i can use to make a solidworks image off it.

dmyers151
You could do a pulley in a lathe with live tooling capabilities, just need one cutter for the keyway.

Ron Burgandy
yeah a flange like that would probably be a big hit. and to incorporate the dump tube like tyler's. with a 3in opening for the exhaust and whatever size for the dump tube. JohnnyWadd
Front camber plates just the plate with the hole and the slots, then we could just get the pillow block and have cheap front camber plates. Just need a drawing of Oscars' or TTTs' camber plate. Or pulleys too i like that one.
Ironside
Did you ask frenchie where he got his from? He got a friend to make it for him. I think he has a cad drawing. I'll have to check with him.
