NikoFab
Hey guys... Found this one about 15 minutes from me. $3K is way too much for it's condition. Doesn't sound like he's going to come down much, but I'd like to throw him an offer. http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/3675388457.html I need your help to establish how much. Suggestions? Cheers and thanks,Nick
scott87star
Ugh, she's been hacked Nick! Assuming there isn't any rust anywhere its fixable, IMHO its barely above a parts car. $500 is reasonable, $1000 is being overly generous. NikoFab
Been texting with the guy (his name is Michael) and encouraging him to keep it. I told him about our site and all you SQ gurus on here...so he's going to become a member on SQC. Hopefully we can help him out. He's in bad need of parts, and it seems like he's been steered the wrong way by somebody. Edited March 16, 2013 by NikoFab
infamos
No more than $800 even that might be too much. $500 I would agree on.
SOTTY
I Would call it a "rolling pile" if it wasn't up on bricks , that's a $200-$300 MAX car in my world .

NikoFab
for a grand it would need to move under it's own power... That's what I was telling him when we were texting. I'm hoping he keeps it and sees the project through.
TexasQuest
White with tan interior MMMMMmmmmmmm! That combo alone makes the car desireable but I agree not even a 1K car unless it runs.
spadey
I like how he says its all original lol. I guess the different suspension 40 over block and parts its missing make it original. But I agree 500-800 would ne a good price. And you would prob have less than 600 in it to get the missing parts.
MikeMeyerhoff
Up here, it might bring a bit more for not having any rust. That car might actually look decent after a drum of simple green.
