infamos
Another Coloradan. Awesome.Great car and especially a great deal, even delivered. Did this happen to be the 89 that was on craigslist about two months ago? The one I'm talking about was a red 89 with cloth interior and a blown head gasket. We will have to meet this spring/summer when you have this baby rolling.

D_Venable
you might double check to see if it's really a Starion, all signs point to it being a Conquest to me. Body color grill, Conquest tails, AUTO, and the placed too low Mitsu emblem on the header panel The 2nd digit in your VIN will be a "A" if it is a Mitsubishi (Starion), or it will be a "J" if it's a Chrysler (Conquest)
Frenchi934
im with derek. You own a conquest. There is no shame in owning a conquest
Earl
Double check the vin. Someone could have easily replaced all of the above mentioned parts over the years=P That was only 24 years ago that this was new.
riceboyler
Wow, looks like a great find, especially for that price. Still love that interior... Congrats!

infamos
I think I would rather own a Conquest, but I have one of each.

I always try to buy my cars in this price range

markhansenconquest
whats the difference ........a couple name tags....Just like a dodge stealth and a 3000 gt same car!!!!!!!!!!!!!DONT FOOL YOURSELF ITS MADE IN THE SAME DIES (JUST DIFFRENT SELLERS)
Frenchi934
^^ we know. But the problem with calling it an "89 Starion" is that in 1989 there were 3000+ CONQUESTS imported, while only 159 STARIONS imported..... making the 89 starion vin much more hard to come by.
