Now that winter is upon us, anyone else having slow or stopping seatbelts? Mine are struggling to retract and sometimes completely freezing halfway on the track with this cold weather. I'm assuming it's the old belt motors and not a dirt/cleaning issue.

It is an old grease issue. Realize that the original stuff is 25+ years old and all the light ends have boiled away leaving only behind gum. You need to take everything apart, clean off the gum and re-grease. Happened to my flatty, last winter I did the drivers side and it went from non-functional to completely normal. Wow so the old cruddy grease just makes performance worse in cold conditions. Weird because in warmer weather they function near perfect. Never the less I do need to take time and do some maintenance on the belt system just for the good of the car. ^_^
