Skullzaflare
Those mounts can be easily made.i figured they could, but i offered to pay cash as you would have that same day and not have to wait for it to deposit, and not be charged a fee
DryBear
There have been many people that have not been properly refunded when a transaction has goen bad with PayPal, myself included. I was part of one group buy that went through Pay-not-so-much-your-Pal, but the guy ran off with the money leaving everyone shafted - PayPal to this day has not issued a refund to *anyone* from that group buy. PayPal users beware. Yes, people have good experiences with PayPal, but they are *not* a guarantee of a completely safe transaction. Skullzaflare
the only way paypal will truely give you your money back is if it was bought on ebay if you bought at say person per person or GB, it will only give you money if it can be pulled out of said account, but they will not cover it they still owe me $
89PalermoSHP
paypal will only refund the money if they can collect it from the sellers account. read the fine print.

yamahlr
Seems Paypal is all about the buyer and NOT the seller. I sold a used ECU as core only as-is and no returns on EBAY, the guy opened it said the boards had been switched. I wouldn't give refund but Paypal did even after I spent nearly 1 hour on the phone w/ them and when I got the ECU back, I think he switched out my board as well. Called EBAY back about this , they would not assist in the least. Very bad experience.
