forced performance

on the Forced Performance site. they have this Green model turbo that can handle up to 500 hps. but it's clasified under DSM. does that matter? i can tell by the looks of it that it will be blowing the air up if i put it in my car. but shouldn't anyone be able to move the housing so that it is facing the same way as the quest turbo is? or is that impossible. also is this turbo better then the T3T4 conversion that TEP carries? i know there's a big price diff. it's like 1500 just for the G
"Cat-run" Aircan Mod

I completely removed the Aircan from my car by using some old "Cat-run" cable.
It breathes much better now.

Flex-fan & fan shroud setup for '83-'89 starquests

I recently replaced my stock electric fans with a flex-fan setup on my '88 Quest. I'm so pleased with it's performance that I want to let everyone else know how I performed the job. This will work with any of the '83-'89 Starquests.
PARTS NEEDED:
-Flex Fan (I used a 17 inch metal fan rated at 6000rpms, 17 inch is the largest you can use on a Starquest, they also make plastic flex fans if you're looking for a lightweight fan, cost was $28 at Advance Auto)

Any one have Custom Built Boxes, Instalation, or other pics to post of there systems.
i have 5 1/4" in the front 4 spots for speakers *DX-5 model: 2-way, polymica cone rubber edge, 1" neodymica polycarbonate dome twweter, frequency response 70hz to 20khz*
and two 6 1/2" in the back *DX-6 model: same as dx-5 only frequency response is 50hz to 20khz*
the speakers are earthquake rated at 60 watts.
Im getting rid of these speakers and getting new ones with more wattage so if anyone wants to
