Took out my washer fluid reservoir and disconnected everything on the battery and now when i turned it on the first time it worked good and after 30 seconds my wideband and boost gauge and pop ups quit working and now car won't turn over but what is weird is the headlights still work but won't flip open, seat belts don't work. all the fuses inside look good none are broken. Probably a stupid question but i have been going thru the FSM troubleshooting because my compressor magnetic clutch is not engaging. The #7 fuse is good. The Clutch relay tests good but what is the FICD relay? Where is it? I cannot find it even with a word search except for in the air conditioning troubleshooting diagnosis 11 breakdown on 24-49.
