Hello, soon ill be buying some taillights but needs to be clean and i have never done it and i dont own an over...plus i rather have someone with experience to do it...can anyone help me with this?!

Trying to figure out why my Blower fan is staying on all the time. No matter if its off, or on. It will switch from low to high while on. But turn it off and the blower keeps blowing. Thinking its got to do with the body computer.
