It has to crank quite a few times before it starts. Could this be Spark timing??? or something else... once it starts it will be really low RPMs until i rev it up a little.

is there a fuse or something, bc i cannot figure this out lol have never dealt with one not moving at all. usually you just have to lube the track and help it sometimes. this one will not budge..
