    Adj timing gear IS an easy install :-)

    I was so excited Friday to receive my cheapy modified cam gear in hopes of getting my cam timing at least on the right side (advanced) .   The excitment quickly turned to frustration as I wasted Saturday afternoon trying to swap cam gears. I had thought that since I could get enough slack to be able to adjust the gearforward and back a tooth I would be able to slip the gear out somehow.  Guess I did't think hard enough because there was no way that gear was going to come out.     Looks like

    Ok, when I got the car, the radio and anything related to the radio was gone, this including all the speakers.  What's left is this big gaping hole in front of the shift lever!!!  It's just a hole with nothing, not even brackets, wires sticking out from everywhere and don't know which wire goes to what!   Now, I'd like to venture into installing a nice decent head unit and I really don't know where to get started!  All there is the radio trim bezel surround with the small pocket underneathe and
