The very high pitched tone that comes on when key turned to IGN.   I believe it normally chimes/beeps 3 times before stopping - seatbelt reminder tone??     Anyhow, mine's noising out full time non-stop when IGN is turned on so I may have a short/crossed wire somewhere.   Please advise so I can narrow my schematics search. Thanks!!

Very possible mine got shorted out or went to crap. Mine's an 87, but I assume these are swappable and I like the look of 88/89 without the foil buttons.     If any of you have a baggie of dash screws, bolts laying around unused, mines going back together after a looong time apart. Extras would certainly be helpful.   Thanks in advance.

Replaced my vac advance on the distributor. Had to finalgle with the rotor to get the advance arm onto that little peg notch. Now my car isn't starting. I'm thinking I threw the timing off. Fsm pics don't match the actual distributor. Anybody have any pics of how to time and set up the rotor and cap?

So Import Alliance is going to be at the Kentucky Speedway this weekend, anyone going? I'm thinking of going saturday morning with the conquest.
