There is something wrong with my valve train that causes the #4 intake valve seal to get smashed by the spring retainer.   I have replaced it with the head on the motor before using two saftey methods. 1) putting the #1 and #4 pistons at TDC and locking the rotating assembly in place with a caliber bolt in #1 spark plug hole. 2) using a compression tester kit with an air fitting to pressurize cylinder #4.   My question is, if I use method 1) above do I need to use method 2)? If I lock #4 piston

If anyone has a set with a bad one they are willing to split up...lmk. Its worth a shot I guess...lol   To get a new one involves me sending on in and getting one custom made as they don't stock them anymore, and I'm looking at over a month return.   So...lmk what you got!

after getting rid of 2 Monteros I ended up with 5 Montero Emblems and wonder if anyone has some cool ideas for things i can spell to put on the Starion! The font is pretty much the same as the Starions, But little larger then the factory Starion lettering   Letters to work with: R x5 M x5 O x10 (or could use as a Number 0 or Cut to a U) N x5 E x5 N x5 (or could flip on side to make Z) T x5 (possibly cut to make it a 7 or L or cut to i)   M O N T E R U Z I L 0 7   Possible Ideas so far: ROOT ZOOM
