i turn the key n it will crank but wont crank over .. soo i put starter fluid in the tbi n started it .. it cranked over but it buckled a lil n then shut off .. then i did it again .. i ran out to see wat has happeneding n before it shut off i ouff if smoke came out the tbi where u put the hard pip in .. y dsont it start? it used to start like a month ago help!!!!!!!!

7/5/12   Another update, and an important one. I HAVE to set a deadline, it is necessary! 7/14/12 (Saturday of next week) is the absolute last day I can ship these. I will be out of town for 3 weeks. OK, I am about to replace my motor with another used (totally stock) motor (which reportedly had no head gasket problem). This motor that I am installing sat for many years in the donor car. The motor has 60,000 miles on it.   I plan on replacing all the easy stuff--coolant/heater hoses, intake manifold gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, oil pan gasket, water pump, etc. I will replace the timing chain/balance shaft chain & guides.
