I have an 88 starion, recently my alternator pegged out 16 volts and went up, I then replaced with a new one, but I believe it may have caused some other issues. I currently cannot get the passenger side head light to move its stuck half way up wont go the rest of the way up or down the driver side works fine, it does light but wont move. Also i noticed today that the passenger side window will not roll up or down either now. is there a relay that may have went up? where is that located. any hel

Good condition used Garrett T3 turbo with .63 hot side and .70 compressor. Intake is 3" exhaust is standard 4 bolt pattern (2 1/2"). I bought it for a project that is not going to happen.
