hey guys my 3rd fan done come on , even when i turn the AC on .which relay control it . or where to find the relay

So im doing the Fuel pump rewire to make sure im getting the correct volts. My question is. which wire is the positive lead coming off of the fuel pump harness. the sold line or the stripped one? Its a 87 conquest

its not under the drivers trunk floor like in my 88?

My clutch fork feels like its not connected to anything and sits in the disengaged position I can push it to engage but pops back
