what is the alen wrench with a what looks like a Hexalobular socket on the short end and a Phillips on the long end that clips in the glov box for?

I have 2 auto trans for sale. one is used 135k and one that was rebuilt with less than 3k on it. plus new neutral safety switch.Take both for $650 . I allso have 18x8 tsw rims. I painted two of the lips purple on them and the center caps logo. They are in good shape very little rash on 2 and tires are no good.asking 500obo. 88 leather seats in decent shape $50.obo. much more int. Parts mint headliner no sunroof. 87 Quest, A/C compressor starting to leak oil, it did have a shot of freon with leak sealer earlier this year. converted to 134A   Not having good luck swapping compressors from here in the shop- seems like i have a few bad ones?? Need to make PF and back with A/C or wife will kill me.   should I chance it? bring some freon and charge hose? toss in another can of sealer? swap out to another which I won't know if it is any good?
