Like the topic says looking for a driver side patch panel. Need it without rust

I got these of a 2012 gm car , the have a neat downward shining fog lense with a angled bulb holder that lets you use those long LED bulbs. Got an extra set just laying around. Bulbs are good too   $15.00 shipped. Does any one have the Mitsubishi part number for the had tank sending unit. Or know where I can source one? Thanks for looking and any advice you may have.
