Okay, when I go to put my valve cover on it rubs up against the valve springs, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I'm trying to find where the plug in the picture should be connected. This plug comes in the same harness as ISC Servo connector, Motor position sensor connector and the TPS connector. The bracket where it should go is located under the TPS Sensor. Just behind the A/C compressor. Its got three wires (white, Black/Yellow, and Black/White)
