So I picked up what I'm told was an 88-89tranny. So I know that they have the thick pans but this one was gone guy told me he had swap it with his 87 one. So I went to look at the vin and their is no vin on it. So does anyone have the pics of the different inside parts I can look for?

I just took this oil pan off my car last week. I'm throwing it up here for free, you can have it for the cost of shipping to you. The catch ... it might have a crack. Might be repairable by someone with some skills. It has always been wet since I built my motor 2 years ago. Last summer I put a white 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper under it and it was leaving a nickle size drip right below the pan bolt. I replaced the pan bolt with a new one, but it didn't fix it. I think there is a hairline crac

My dream came true - I scored a 90 Laser. It's a bat out of hell folks. Big EVO 16g turbo, APEXI/Inovation Wideband, Walbro 255 FP, 650cc injectors, sweet rims (black ASA-BBS type), kumho ecsta tires and many more goodies. She could use a paint job, but I am not whining being only the third owner. It's stupid fast - probably runs mid 12's. Boost controller port size?

I've been browsing for a new manual boost controller and see some are 3/16" and 1/4" port size? Is a 3/16" sufficient or should I go bigger for the 1/4"? Does it really matter? I have a big 16g by the way...
