I've never heard this mentioned that I recall, but the 84 Starion owners manual says the car came with two different keys.   The "Primary" key does everything. The "Secondary" key only works with the doors and the ignition for the purpose of giving to a valet.   I've had problems and I know other people have also with my rear hatch not opening with the key. Sometimes for me its seemed "intermittant", but maybe it depened on which key I grabbed. :lock:   mm

Well folks, the Conquest that has been in my family since new has seen better days and we need to clean up around here as we are packing up to move to South Carolina.   It hasn't run for a couple years and has sat in my carport getting dryrotted tires and mice in the glovebox. Lots of good parts still - including a Tim C alternator kit. I THINK the cause of its not running is the fuel pump but I'm not sure. It would crank but not fire when I had a charged battery connected to it.   It's on

I am just about ready to pull the motor of the conquest. I want to go forged pistons. So are there any suggestions on which ones to get and where to get them at a good price? Are the JE forged pistons the way to go? Any help and suggestions are appreciated.   Thanks Brandon
