The smoke you see coming out of the center of the car is the new clutch burning up. Got to step it up another notch for Georgia. The car has a lot more in it, still on low boost!

i put a ovcp and turbo xs bov on my quest recently. it seems that on the underside of teh hood and on my distributer cap there is alot of oil.for aminute i was confused but then i realized that my BOV seems to blow raw oil out it. i have an idea of what the issue is but i dont want to mention it and give a biased opinion. so what do you guys think?

So I blew a head gasket on the Star. (big surprise right?) Anyway... looks like the cam has seen better days and should probably be replaced. Also, the head doesn't look cracked but I should probably replace that too. (144k on the engine) Any suggestions on where to get new head and cam? Not trying to break the bank but I understand that it's going to cost me a little bit. Also does anyone have any other suggestions on anything else I should do now while she's apart? I have a mechanical schneider 292 left over from my 3 cam dyno comparison. This cam made an uncorrected 327WHP and 384WTQ in my car. It was broken in properly, and the black is barely worn off the lobes. This cam was made AFTER schneider started requiring you to send them a stock cam to regrind so you're getting it for exactly what you'd get it from them for. It is also much higher quality metal than the old 292 cams were. Scheider's website has a note about the soft metal they were getting
