Strange electrical issues, car dies

I changed my head gasket and intake manifold gasket a week or two ago, and I happened to spill coolant all over the intake side of the engine, just a little pre-problem info. So, ever since I did that, the car runs fine, drives strong, charges at a constant 14-15 volts with headlights on or off. BUT, when I am driving and turn the headlights and foglights on at the same time, the radio turns off. and the car starts to bog down. But, if I turn the lights off, the car will go back to behaving n
