WTT reman secondary injector for something larger

I have two secondary injectors that were sent to RC Engineering to have cleaned and tested. Both flowed 1050cc with excellent spray pattern (print out to prove it). When I hooked them up with my MAFT I couldn't get the cuise AFR's right (was in the 10's) and a few members said it could be because the injectors aren't staggard like stock. So, I am looking to keep a 1050 as a primary which would put me in need of something around 1500cc to 1600cc to use as a secondary that will work with the sec

How am I running 15lbs with no boost controller?

So, the aftermarket boost gauge in the car says that I'm hitting 15lbs at WOT. I've checked around the wastegate and followed the lines ( the front two are connected - one goes to the OVCP and the other to the air cannister it seems ) and nothing is inline, no boost controller, t-fitting, etc. Assuming the boost gauge is correct ( can never rule it out ), where else to check?
