rear caliper frozen rebuild

ok so my quest i picked up from the orig owner and it was siting for a few years.i started driving it yesterday and the rear left wheel was smoking and i smelt burning brakes. so basically the caliper is frozen from sitting. so i too the bolts/sliders out and greased them up and now its better but stil not 100% i dont see what ese that could hold the caliper up besides the bolt. maybe i need to take the bolts off and do it agein.i could always find a place to rebuild the caliper but i really do

Octane vs. Gas Mileage question

A friend of mine posed a question that I couldn't answer, and I'm curious to as well.
We all know about the price variations between 87, 89, and 93 octane. I also more or less understand that the higher the octane, the better it burns and such. My question is though for an N/A say, Honda Civic, which is better for your money? Is it better to go cheap with 87 octane, or does the 93 pull off better mileage ( more efficient? ) so that paying more in the end might actually be cheaper than the 87

Ok, I just got this fancy spark machine...
