88 parts into an 86 questions

I finally bought a body got my 88 Starion ESI-R with a fried frame. It's beautiful, white, hardtop, 86. Only one dent in the body, slightly screwed airdam, very slight cracking of paint on bumper (front only) antenna in tact, not a spec of rust. Nice 2 - 2 1/2" (not sure which) exhaust, single outlet.
But to the questions:

The other day, I had my car up on jack stands where the wheels were clearly hanging off the ground. Now, the car I picked up from the old owner had lowered it using Tokico shocks that drop in on the strut assemblies and Suspension Techniques springs ( could be wrong about the springs, they could be Eibachs).

My Motor is Installed

Well, worked very hard so far, and the motor is installed, still need to get IC piping fabricated, and finish the wiring and vacuum lines. The Tial Wastegate comes very close to the motor mount, hopefully it won't have any issues.
Also, the Magna MPI is very close to the brake master cylinder and brake booster, so the back corner is cluttered with wires, hoses and stuff. I'm trying to route everything in a clean manner, so its taking a little extra time, and now its raining so i have to wait
