Has anyone replaced the crap rat belt to regular ones in their star quest?

Can someone tell me how to include a picture or picture(s) when posting a forum topic or question? I see them all the time but have searched the entire site and can't find any specific instructions on how you actually upload one. I see in the Site FAQ where a bunch of people have uploaded various pictures, but I don't see any info in there on how to do it. Thanks for your help.
