neith one of my windows roll up or down 1988 conquest, and I hooked a battery directly to my right side motor and it didnt move at all does this mean its shot?can I rebuild them at all?is there a relay that must be applied with power??

Looking for a good short block, closest to 25413 and cheap the better, not sure how long 60/70/75/75 will run lol
