any ideas what i can do to eliminating the pinging issue running premium fuel only went this way due to stock knock box failing

Hello, i picked up a set of the led fog lights from the group purchase here and I'm having trouble with the wiring. Is anyone else running them successfully with a functioning blinker? I tried to plug them in to the factory connector, but there is a male spade connector with 2 black wires on it and idk where that's supposed to go. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm looking to replace my window hardware. I think it's all worn because when I roll them up and down they will gring and rock back and forth. Does anyone know where I can get these new? Part numbers? or now how to fix them otherwise? Please help!
