Any one ever buy on and which model can I put on caus I can't find starion ones

recently blew a freeze plug on my car and because I'm not interested in pulling my head to fit a new one I'm looking at one of these. The guy at AutoZone was about as helpful as pancake bunny. How long are these meant to last?
