When I bought the car it had a spun rod bearing. Rebuilt the engine(have receipts) and have been driving it daily since May. The engine runs great, 5 spd tranny shifts fine. LSD. Power windows work, power locks have been removed. One small chip in windshield all other glass excellent. Front seats need some stitching on the bottom but are otherwise OK. Rear seats like new. It is not running, you get 2 motors (one has holes in the block, the other is crankwalked but should get 2 good heads and 2 good intake manifolds/injectors from them). Interior is all here, but console/seats are removed to pull the stereo out of it. Trans is good, comes with a high performance clutch (can't remember what brand) and a fidanza flywheel. No turbos come with the car, but I do have a good 14b for $80 that can go with it. If I could keep it I'd swap in a 6 bolt and use the 7 bolt

My 84 Kieser auto will sometimes bog down when it enters overdrive. The car will shutter and be unresponsive to throttle unless you press it far enough to get it to spool or kickdown.   It only does this if you enter overdrive "softly". If your on the gas, its not a problem.   Any suggestions? To me it seems like maybe the converter is locking up too early.   mm
