vacuum advance?
By jjohnson,
This may be a foolish question but im new to the turbo. on a naturally aspirated engine the vac advance runs off the vacume pressure of the motor, the higher the RPM go the more advance the distributer gets right? you know where this is going, So when the turbo kicks in and puts positive pressure in the intake what keeps the vac advance from going backwards?

WTB: Needed left hand side skirt - someone ran into me :( LHS indicator too
By mitsumadness,
Hi people! I'm an Australian widebody Starion owner (they're rare as hen's teeth over here) and today someone turned into the side of my beautiful black widey. In can get a door here, and the front guard is repairable, but not the side skirt, and am desperately after one. My car was a perfect rust free widey with only 89,000kms on the clock! (55,000 miles). So really want to get it back in 100% good shape. Please if you have a left side skirt, let me know, and price as well. I'll pay postage t
