Do our cars have one and where can it be found? Mine come on whenever they decide to and it's very annoying/embarrassing. I would like to just unplug them basically and just keep the windshield rain-x'd. It's not a daily so I dont "plan" on driving in the rain.   Thanks in advance.

this is a continuation from my other thread with cyl #3 misfiring when not under load. This issue developed while driving the car and trying to figure out the misfire. My work project for the next few days will be removing duct tape and spec stickers from structural steel beams. I peeled some of it today and it's leaving a nasty residue on the beams. We've tried MEK, and it does work but it takes a LOT of scrubbing. What can I use to break this down and remove it so I can paint?
