horn fuse keeps blowing

This is something that just happened, and ive never had the issue before. I noticed yesterday while i was driving that my horn wasnt working (i then found out that the cig. Lighter wasnt working, so i assume they run off of the same circuit), as i have been finishing my car up the past few years i was thinking that i just disconnected the horn by accident but that wasnt the case. As i was going through the fuse block inoticed that the fuse for the horn had blown, so i installed a new 15A fuse
Fuel Pressure Gauge

I have looked all over, maybe I am missing it. But I need a fuel pressure gauge to test the pressure off the inlet valve on the backside of the throttle body. I do not want to pay hundreds of dollars for one of these kits I've seen on Rock Auto. Does any know where I can get what I am look for for about $20.00 bucks or so. Please help as I've seen people run these before. Cheers, SLim Jim

Idle Mainly Cold Idle

The car will only idle rich, especially when cold. I know when its cold you need some extra fuel but I think its a lot more than normal. The idle is on a Ford IAC controlled by a Haltech PS1000. Before I got the IAC to work I used the throttle stop screw and had to hold the gas pedal until it warmed up. Once warm it'd idle fine with the exception of being rich. It idles fine now on the IAC just the afr's are around the 12 mark hot. Before the IAC I blamed the lack of idle control and now I d
