Trying to pick up some inner tubes but a little confused, lol. Any one know what the "TR" number associated with iner tubes means"

Just bought this on Sunday. It's dirty, it's beat up, but it's gonna live! Very rust free, originally from Arkansas, came with an engine, shortblock all rebuilt, everything else needs to be assembled still.   Pics:   Leaving Ken's house on the way to my house     Pulling stuff out of the car that was inside   I didn't unbolt anything. The car came disassembled, then everything thrown inside   More stuff   The filthy rear hatch compartment, stripped apart.   It's a hybrid, for now lol  

Being newer in the game of starquests I have an opinion question for you guys about a car that's sort of near me on craigslist. My question is really if the car is worth buying or not. I have a Fiji 89 right now that is missing some parts or this car "looks" like it may have better of a few other parts. The guy won't budge on $750 and it will cost me about $250 in fuel to go get it and back. So in total about $1000 invested. I'm pretty sure my wife would be pretty damn upset if I paid that
