I am in need of a fusible link wire harness for an 86 conquest. There is one clip that has 3 fuses on the bottom side that plugs into the car and the other pig tail has a 2 link fuse on it that plugs in to the car. I was sent one but it was for an 87 I believe and the pig tail with the 2 links that i need the 87 only has 1 fuse link clip thing. Attached is a picture. I am looking for the one on the upper right. The one in the middle is the one i have now and i can't figure out how to wire

1) Wipers are barely operational. Since I've had the car, the intermittent wipers are slow and stop in random positions on the windshield without completing a full pass. The 1 and 2 speeds work but when you move the stalk back to off the wipers stop in their tracks and don't return to the full down position like I believe they should. Then the wiper fuse blew, so i replaced it and now the wipers are super slow even on the highest speed.   2) Probably the most urgent issue is my throttle. The ped
