i'm looking for some low budget mods i've gutted the cats and opened my air can. what else can i do to get more power

I have a line on new Stainless Steel Valves .5mm oversize for hydraulic rockers. The price would be $140 delivered.  Full set of 8 valves.  No Jet Valves.   To use these, you should have your valve seats cut oversize.  My machinist will charge me about $25.   I think the performance gain would be marginal if any, but you can't go too big or you would need very heavy valve springs and that would drastically shorten the life of your cam.     We would need 5 orders to get the price.   Befo
