alarm install w/door locks and windows

OK I need some help on HOW MANY and LOCATION of VAC.. LINES(PORTS)..I just want to make sure I have everything covered before I start the drill up-
This is what I have so far--
I will be running MS with stock dis.-99 mustang 4.6 tb
1. vac port on the fourth runner for brake booster
2. vac port in the plenem for the boost gauge
3. port in the tube just before the tb for air sensor
4. vac port in the plenem for the vac advance
5. vac port in the plenem for the map sensor
6. vac port in t

spring rate on ground control

What is a good lowered spring rate for the starquest coilovers or lowering springs. I am wantin to lower my car and have awsome handling at the same time if possible and was wonder the rates of good springs. If any of yall fellow starquesters have the answer i would really appreciate it.. Thanx alot.
