What is a good lowered spring rate for the starquest coilovers or lowering springs. I am wantin to lower my car and have awsome handling at the same time if possible and was wonder the rates of good springs. If any of yall fellow starquesters have the answer i would really appreciate it.. Thanx alot.

I was checking out our school sponsored nascar car today, first off what a jip, they brought the car there with no motor in it, no seat, no brake rotors or calipers.  well i was checking it all out looking at things and i noticed the scoops on the side windows.  they tapered into two 1.5" outlets that you could affix pipes onto easy.  I think it would work real well in a hood or even in the front bumper.  anyone seen these or know where to get them from?

I have it almost done.. all I need is a few screws (hard to find) then I will be done..  I have pics I will try to post them up..  this is a milled intake off a caravan 2.6 and a custom made TB to intake flange, along with a TB out of an 88..
